Burger King — Restaurant in Zachary

There aren't very many places in Zachary, La that I've experience bad service at (actually before covid-19 I usually ate takeout at a Burger King in Baton Rouge on my way home). The few times that I've been to the Zachary Burger King in the past 2 years I know to take cash because they're card services are usually non-working/malfunctioning. But this time there wasn't a problem making my payment but I did get the worst service I have ever received there. When I went through the drive thru the cashier handed me my drinks first and when she handed me my Oreo shake it was like water and not expecting it to be it sloshed all over me and my Jeep because it was like water instead of a solid ice cream. Living in the south I know that milkshakes can melt quite a bit on the way home but this came out of the machine like that! I was trying to give it back to her and communicate my dissatisfaction to her while being covered in Shake, trying to wipe my hands and she took my shake and closed her window on me! When she gave it back to me the consistency wasn't much better at all but I was juggling food and soda and spilt Shake and feeling pressured to pull forward so I blew it off plus she wasn't listening anyway... ... Worse....

This place has done a 180 from a couple years ago or even a year ago. Dean location is extremely clean they have employees that actually want to be there but it seems and their helpful courteous and I did not have to wait to get my order. I actually have pictures to prove how to clean the restaurant was. I'm actually happy for everybody involved and myself because I did not think Burger King in the greater baton rouge market whatever earn my business back yet what they have at least the exactly location has definitely done it.... My wife actually went back for lunch after breakfast this morning. That's never happened for us. Anyway... Congrats to the workers today. All was above and beyond what I expected. Okay, , I was curious to see if it was just a fluke in the location just looked great for a fast food restaurant especially considering how the Burger King locations looked just last year 6 months ago whatever.... But I'm adding pictures from today and I have to say that it seems the management and the crew have really got their stuff together... But that's something you have a judge...

On a Wednesday around 6 I went to the drive thru. They was not busy at all had 1 car parked outside and 1 car making an order in the drive thru. I pulled up sat there about a minute, cashier came on and said I will be right with you. About 2 minutes latwr she said what can I get you. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with cheese. Got to window, paid cashier, and she said pull over there and I will bring it right out. I sat there over 10 minutes. Got out walked in and before I could even say anything 1 of the other employees said it will be right up. I said what you forgot about me sitting out there she just looked at me and rolled her eyes at me. I said it don't take 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. She just looked at me strangely. I said just give me a refund. Couple minutes later the manager walked over said here ya go. Didn't apologize or anything. I took my money and while walking out I said "I will never come back here again!!!!!!!" It will be a cold day in hell. I will go next door to Taco Bell before I ever order anything from...
