Oishi Sushi & Grill — Restaurant in Zachary

I have been to the restaurant on several occasions and everything has been good but today we sat down as soon as we arrived and ordered tea and received it immediately. There were several eating with one menu which okay it was already on the table, we received no more, no napkins and no further service until the restaurant became full and than didn’t give our order until everyone else had and the waitress didn’t come back until we ask a second waitress to take the order this continued until we finally received our food and asked for the check. Hands down, the fried ice cream is one of the greatest things I've ever had in my life. The atmosphere is beautiful, close and you can watch the chef make sushi from almost anywhere in the location. The gyoza, steamed, was spectacular. I had a combination meal altered with absolutely no fuss while my companion had sushi rolls. We had a great experience, but the absolute must have was the ice cream- the fried tempura shell was still warm, and the whipped cream and chocolate tasted phenomenal. Excellent rolls, noodles, and service!

We were so impressed by the New Orleans roll, and then the Black Dragon showed up and put us on a whole next level.

Accompanied by Pad Thai and some other sides, very pleased.

The sushi chef even so kindly offered to cut the dragon roll for our little one so he could enjoy all the flavors at the same time. Then they boxed the sushi for us so...
