Most dishes were good and cheap (sushi was bad but that’s expected of these countries, it’s amazing for local standards though). The venue is almost leaning more towards tacky and ostentatious, but I’ll let it slide as these countries haven’t developed the tasteful nuance of fine dining yet.
The plating is almost there, some look nice and others look too full. Also I highly recommend adding a serviette with the plating, and maybe not using the plates that have been collecting dust as the same plates...
