Hotel Marvarid — Hotel in Samarkand City

We booked four nights here and as our flight was arriving in the early hours we weren't sure if we would go for a coffee and breakfast or if we should book an extra night and sleep. We decided to go to the hotel and see if we could have our/a room early and pay for an extra night. We were told no as our room wasn't ready. Our cab driver helped us sort out a solution. When we did check in we noticed there was hardly anyone else there. When guests check out the rooms are cleaned and prepped. We ended feeling lied to and like they were just being mean - we weren't expecting it for free, we were happy to pay. They obviously just don't want the money.

We went down for breakfast once, it didn't feel like they wanted us there and the breakfast was awful so we didn't bother again.

Hotel staff is too rud for customers and service also rubbish , I wouldn't recommend to anyone this hotel, when you ask from reception anything they don't know anything, I feel myself really uncomfortable in this hotel , sometimes I could some strangers staying in reception, doing something even they can still all personal data, I feel unsafe at all...

Great welcome. Constant cleaning. Abundant breakfast and, on request, also dinner. Family run hotel. A young couple with 3 cute children.
