Chalet — Restaurant in Tashkent

We were so happy to have chosen Chalet for our last meal in Uzbekistan. This restaurant offers a wonderful fusion of international flavors and Uzbek ingredients—the perfect mix! The ambience was beautifully chic, modern, and romantic, with just the right music in the background.

Our waiter was very attentive and did his best to communicate with us in English, which we greatly appreciated. Each dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with incredible flavors. It was clear that everything was prepared with great care and attention to detail.

We especially loved that the first cocktails we ordered came with our names on them (see picture)—such a thoughtful touch! From the appetizers to the main course, and finally dessert with delicious coffee, we couldn’t have been more satisfied.

This restaurant is dishonest and deceptive. They overcharged us by about 600,000 som compared to the prices listed on the menu. What you see on the menu and what you actually pay are not the same. Приходили с девушкой на обед. Предварительно забронировали столик. Придя в ресторан, нас никто не встретил. Нашли свой столик сами, так как я специально бронировал у окна. За обед мы заплатили 1 млн 700 тыс сум с учётом того, что это чек без алкоголя и без десертов. Брали по супу том ям, по салату, по основному блюду( рыбу и курицу в горчичном соусе), небольшую закуску и морс. Не испытали удовольствия от еды, всё было простым и обычным, хотя субъективно казалось, что , наверное, за такие деньги, наши вкусовые рецепторы будут "танцевать"). Курица была отвратительная, на что официант Сардор, к сожалению , не отреагировал. Хотя, тот же официант Сардор пытался быть приятным - это, пожалуй, единственный плюс в нашем опыте посещения ресторана Шале. Мой вывод: дорого, не вкусно, средний сервис....
