Yaponamama — Restaurant in Tashkent

The host was horrible we arrived about 10 minutes before opening, she was changing her clothes I believe, she saw me and other employees did , and the host didn’t pay attention to me. And i asked what they r gonna open she barely showed me with her fingers. With kind of attitude she got to work somewhere at the bazaar. Honestly this my last time I’m coming to this place.. I wouldn’t recommend cuz of attitude of employees. She ruined my day😡😡😡 Also hosts have to speak uzbek language cuz, lot’s customers they don’t feel ok , when they don’t understand Russian hosts . My experience wasn't the pleasant one.

I called the place on 10 Feb and reserved a table for 8pm on 14 Feb. It was fast and simple.

On the 14th at 7pm I called to make sure if we have a table there. The girl on the phone couldn't find my name, then I told the the date, exact time of my call and even how long we spoke.

She took my number, promised to call me back in 5min, but never did.

Maybe the food is good there, maybe even the staff is smiling, but this place is unreliable and if you make plans beforehand for busy days, better go...

Except the fact that they do not sell beer, everything was perfect. Good mood, good price, impressive service and hospitality. The food was also great. The waiter was so good at pouring coke without spilling a drop despite the bubbles. And he was so kind that he wished us good luck with the orange crane.
