I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife for one day, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
Firstly, the room was not clean at all. The bathroom appeared as if it had not been properly cleaned since 1995, and there were even some mold spots in the shower. Additionally, the bed was very old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well.
Furthermore, the walls of the room were poorly insulated, making it difficult to block out noise from other guests. We could clearly hear people talking and walking around in the hallway and adjacent rooms, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff were very pushy and tried to pressure us into canceling our booking or leaving a high score in our review. When we mentioned our concerns about the cleanliness and noise level of the room, they became defensive and accusatory, even using inappropriate language towards us.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, and poor insulation made for a very unpleasant stay. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff left a bad taste in our mouths and made us feel...
Read moreWe arrived at 7am at Prime Villa hotel in Tashkent at 7am. We were told to come back at 2pm (the original check in time) which was understandable. When we arrived back at 2pm and asked for the room, we were told there was a problem and there was not a room available at the property. We booked with booking.com. They did however offered to bring us to a different location 500 metres away, which we accepted. When we arrived at the new guesthouse, the host from Prime Villa told us he had to cancel the booking on booking.com and we just had to pay him cash for the new accomodation. Paying cash was not a problem for us and the new accomodation was very acceptable but the conversation with the house was unpleasant and felt a bit seedy. We did agree to cancelling but after a bit of further research this seems to be a regular way of working for Prime Villa. By cancelling the booking they avoid the chance of receiving negative reviews, which is not good practice.
