Definitely Food With a View! I had lunch at Jill's 2 days in a row and the food is absolutely yummy. I sat outside overlooking the bay and it was truly stunning. Even better is that it's quiet, there was no blaring music (which you tend to get in too many such locations). Located close to the centre of Port Vila, Jill’s Café is a cozy spot clearly designed with tourists in mind, offering an unbeatable view. I ordered the mini breakfast and it was complete and satisfying.

I really enjoyed my meal in a calm atmosphere while overlooking the sea from my table. Payment can be made by card or cash, service was good, and it’s definitely a well-known place...
