This place is a total disgrace !
We had to wait 1h45 minutes to get our food delivered... yes it’s island time, but don’t take that concept too far. 30pax sitting in the restaurant, 5/6 chefs in the kitchen. Are you for real? Yes the staff apologised for it, and we got given some pate to munch on -which was really average quality, but at some point this is not acceptable! You can’t expect us to think you are being slammed.
In regards to the food, well again total disaster ! We order the seafood platter, asked for the items to be GF, and everything came over cooked. What a shame !!!! We also think some of the seafood wasn’t fresh. We got a discount on our bill, 1000VATU -not even 10%, but we didn’t ask for it tbh, we just wanted to leave this place ASAP.

Disgraceful. I bought a BBQ chicken pizza earlier this year and it was one of the best pizza's ever BUT NOW for whatever reason the quality is very poor it looks like less than 50% of the pizzaI had before. I did phone order and it took 30 mins longer than they said (cost 500vt delivery) and pizza was cold and appropriately ridiculously thin. It was poor flavour and the salad thick cost another 500vt tasted soggy and old and easily 95% lettuce. Their advertising is no longer applicable and @ 1850vt for what appears to be a small size is very expensive indeed. Wonderful atmosphere and great serving staff. We began our assault on their cooks with a stonking 8 pizzas. Despite this, we received our pizzas very fast and, if I may say so, hot.
While the first appeal to tourists may be the ‘borrowed’ logo style from a certain other large pizza franchise, Pizza Hot sets itself apart with amazing woodfire pizzas. The Smokey taste almost makes up for the concerning lack of cheese and it was certainly a nice contrast to other Vanuatu foods (rice)
If you can excuse the cheese crisis and ‘interestingly’ priced pizzas (about 1700VT on average), Pizza Hot is a delicious and pleasant experience....
