Location is a bit tricky. Personal advice is to take a bus from the town($150vt). View is spectacular thou for sunset! Truly a hidden gem. We had 1.5 hours therapeutic massage with two thai girls. Massage was excellent and very to the point! Worth every single penny. However, the price list was not updated (old:$5200vt for 1.5 hours, new:$6000vt) and the reception gave us wrong price, new one is higher but well the massage was great so its ok. The Thai food was excellent as well given we are from Hong Kong who have been always having Thai food no matter in Thai or HK. Tom Yum Talay was an impressive one. The Pad thai was nice, personally like it sweeter but its good too. The prawn vermicelli was hot and beautiful. We cleared all our dishes and enjoy the meal! However, the drinks were missed by the waitress although we were the only table at that time. Reminded the team about it after the entire dinner was done. And still we waited for a good 10 minutes to have our thai iced milk tea and vanuatu local beer. The thai iced milk tea was nice and sweet, better if the white sugar is in syrup form as I tasted the sandy white sugar almost every sip of the way. The beer has a nice malty taste. The owner was very friendly and passionate about their food and business. We talked and look forward to coming back to a new Indian restaurant instead of Thai next time! Excellent, authentic Thai food. Especially loved that they have spicy & Thai spicy as options. Anyone who’s been to Thailand and cooked Thai food knows the difference, lol We went twice and tried every curry on the menu, they were all great. I recommend ordering the coconut rice, it’s delicious and the little bit of sweetness from the coconut milk helps cut through the heat. The only reason we did not go back again was the service. We waited 30-40 minutes for drinks (sometimes it was just a bottle of beer or bubbles), they never came back to check-in and see if you needed something (even when your drink was obviously empty or you were done eating) and our order was totally wrong the 2nd time we went. Wrong protein in the curry and plain rice instead of coconut... if you don’t remember the details of the order, just come back and ask. They really need to train their waitstaff better (unfortunately a common struggle on this island). Only the Thai lady (who I imagine might be the owner?) was on top of things and they were just too busy for her to manage...

Arrived around 8pm, got strongly recommended buffet immediately before being seated. We weren’t given menus, so we went to the buffet as recommended but half the dishes were already finished. I raised this with waitress who said more were coming. Waited half hr and only one dish was replenished. Decided to cut our loses, pay the full bill and leave. Paid 2900 vatu ea ($35 aud) for 3/4 full plate for me, 1 plate for my partner and the last bowl of soup left. Felt ripped off being sold on the buffet and charged for an incomplete experience, but our mistake agreeing to it without thinking.
