We love the grilled skewer and spring roll. Ordered the squid Bahn xeo - it is crispy but otherwise quite plain and not very flavourful by itself. The sauce is a bit oily. Plenty of veges provided. However, I ended up with diarrhea and I’m certain it was from this meal as it was my last meal before I left Vietnam. Suspect the raw veges weren’t cleaned properly. I noticed rice papers left out in the open without cover on the tables. Now that your place is mentioned as a Bib Gourmand, the management should really improve hygiene and food preparation especially on cleaning the vegetables.
