While the Sườn Non Tàu Xì (Dim Sum Steamed Ribs in Salted Black Bean Sauce) were not the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness I was hoping for, they were not bad either. The flavour profile was a bit subdued compared to the bold punch I usually crave from this dish, and the texture leaned slightly towards chewy. However, the Tàu Hủ Ky Tôm (Prawn Bean Curd Skin Rolls) more than made up for it! These little parcels of deliciousness were bursting with fresh prawn and silky tofu skin, wrapped in a perfectly crispy exterior.

The wait time for food was short, with most dishes arriving within 5-10 minutes. The service staff was a delight, answering questions promptly and with a touch of gentle grace. All dishes were good, relatively standard to small servings but price reflects good value. Only dish we weren’t fond of was pork ribs as it had something like rilette or pate type bits that we weren’t expecting. I’m sure these are a delicacy but we really only wanted pork ribs so couldn’t eat half of it.

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen, das mich in vielerlei Hinsicht beeindruckte. Schon beim Betreten fiel das harmonische Ambiente ins Auge: Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, und die stimmige Beleuchtung sorgte für eine entspannte, einladende Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen einlud. Die Aromen waren fein abgestimmt, und man schmeckte die Liebe zum Detail in jedem Bissen.

Auch der Service war professionell und zuvorkommend. Das Personal agierte stets freundlich, aufmerksam und war gut informiert über die angebotenen Speisen. Sie standen bei Fragen jederzeit beratend zur Seite, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen waren optimal und ermöglichten es, die einzelnen Gerichte in Ruhe zu genießen.
