I just want to buy cold latte and waited 25 minutes to get it, there wasn’t any customer but staff kind of young and doesn’t care the customer just play. Then I told them where is my coffee than one girl take the milk and put the coffee on top of it with angry face and give. I didn’t mind because I have worked coffee shop before and I thought they are tired. But than latte didn’t have any test. It is milk test. I bring back and ask them it isn’t latte. And she gets angry and put some more milk on top of my coffee. I was angry then, I didn’t take the coffee just go out. I have paid 65k for coffee but didn’t drink the coffee and didn’t take the money too. Local coffee shops cheap and 100% better than highland. I never come again and money is for them as the gift. Very disappointed by the service at lottle mall HiLand branch . My glass was full with ice and very little amount of coffee was there which has just gone in one sip.
