$26 a night. King bed. Clean. Includes breakfast. The hotel has low occupancy at this time. So it made the stay much better. While there is plenty of room for criticism - but at $26 a night , it’s easy to compromise. If you look up the word average in dictionary, you will see this property. I was able to rent a quality motorbike from them directly at the hotel, which was extremely convenient. I do like the location. I would recommend if you are watching your budget.
In your response to my critical observations. You did not give me a response link.
Your swimming pool is on the seventh floor, but your guest must go down to the lobby just to get a towel to use at the pool. How absurd is that? The towels should be at the pool. That’s common sense every hotel does that.
2 One of your best room, which is very large that I tried to rent has no shower …none zero not even a handheld only a bathtub. How absurd is that?
3 I tried to book additional week after only staying for three days, but I was told everything was sold out. But the website showed plenty of rooms available. This was confusing.
It would be nice if you would serve hot coffee to your customers we would also be nice if you could provide a cold water or cold juices.
Your staff is very pleasant and polite just uninformed at times.
People smoke all over the property …by the pool, the ashtray is so overfilled with cigarette butts it’s. disgusting.
You may want to consider putting fans out in the lobby is hotter than hell in there.
But through all this, I was going to stay for another week. It was fairly quiet and the location was convenient for me.
Oh, and your hotel website takes you to your aviation company. Gee that’s...
Read moreI stayed for a week and I was overall very happy of my choice. I tried both the big suite room 501 and the twin beds room 604.
Both rooms are very clean and smell fresh. The shower in the twin room offers strong, steady pressure, and the toilet is spotless. The suite came with a bubble air bath and a very spacious room space.
I loved the Japanese-style toilet in both rooms with all the buttons, a nice touch of comfort.
The beds are comfy, fresh, and clean, I slept incredibly well. Overall, the room feels welcoming and well-maintained.
The staff are warm, kind, and genuinely friendly, great service.
There’s nothing wrong in particular, but with a few small improvements this hotel could truly reach its full potential. I suggest vacuuming the hallways carpets from the elevator to the rooms, as the corridors don’t reflect the same level of care seen in the rooms.
I also noticed the lighting in rooms and public areas uses cold white LEDs, which gives a slightly cheap impression. Switching to warm white lights would significantly enhance the atmosphere and feel like a luxury hotel. After all the marble, the looks and the rooms are excellent, it’s a pity to ruin the feeling with the cold white leds.
Breakfast is clearly Asian focused and understandable given the theme, but options for Western guests are limited. Adding espresso, cappuccino, fruit juices, cakes, croissants, and bottled water would make a big difference. Also breakfast ends at 9.30 while usually in hotels is from 10 to 10.30, which gives more peace of mind.
I noticed some noise from nearby construction site which the hotel has no responsibility for.
Overall, highly recommended, even for...
Read moreIt’s fantastic hotel very clean great service except the only thing I would say is that it’s a little bit remote and there’s not a lot of shops that are walkable, although there are some. The gym is pretty much useless worthless inept unable to do anything. There’s only a couple pieces of equipment in there and they’re extremely old and no one was in there the entire time it’s probably a 8 x 14‘ room next to the pool but it’s just too small and horrible equipment.
The buffet was pretty decent out of all three of the buffets that I’ve eaten at three different hotels in the last week. This was probably the better of them. Customer service is fantastic. The hotels room feels like five stars and are very up kept and very very nice. They also have mopeds for rent for 150,000 dong which is good that’s about six dollars a day.
The Internet only pulls about 30 MB per second so it’s pretty slow if you’re used to 100 or a terabyte. They definitely need to modernize and make the...
