Villa de Spa — Local services in Đà Nẵng

Very thorough and satisfying hot stones massage. The pressure was just right without any need for my instruction. The stones were hot but not unbearably so.

Venue was calm, very clean, quiet and thoughtfully decorated in muted shades of beige, white and silver. Massage rooms were dim and air-conditioning worked well. Very unlike so many other massage places which are full of foliage and generally garish decorations.

They specify a 'tip' before you book the massage - I think 60k, 75k and something else for 60, 90 and 120 min massages. Perhaps pricey compared to the hole in the wall places, but acceptable for me. If you post a review on the usual places you get an additional 10% discount - clever of them, fine with me!

Added bonus is the spa is at the back entrance of Lotte Mall, so it's perfect for after a day of shopping, plus a convenient landmark for Grab rides.

To start I'll say the massage was good and the facility was nice. However it quickly became apparent that the reason my masseuse was wearing a mask at the start was that she was sick. In a small massage room with limited/no ventilation, having a masseuse that is coughing throughout is not relaxing. It's even less relaxing when I realised that she had taken off her mask during the massage. She put it back on when we asked her to do so.

Ultimately she shouldn't have been working and we felt it was really irresponsible. It was the same effect as being in a large closed lift with someone for 90 mins who is ill. It was 6pm when we started so I also doubt it was her first massage of the day.

We now get to look forward to seeing if/when we start...

Our family (including my parents, husband, sister-in-law, my son, and myself) had a wonderful experience at Villa de Spa in Da Nang. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The environment was calm, clean, and relaxing — perfect for unwinding.

The massage therapists were skillful and attentive to our individual needs, offering a level of professionalism and comfort that exceeded our expectations. Each of us left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. Even my son enjoyed his session, which was gentle yet effective.
