Not recommended — especially for the price. We were a bit misled by the (very) positive Google reviews and ended up regretting our visit.

The BBQ platter for two costs a steep 559,000 VND — and you’ll likely still be hungry unless you order extra rice on the side. We also found the quality of the meat underwhelming. Specially the beef and the chicken were tough and chewy, no matter how long we grilled them.

The staff were friendly and tried their best, but communication was difficult as they barely spoke any English. The atmosphere was okay — nothing particularly special.

Up to this point, we might still have given it 3 stars… but then came the wet towels. They were placed on the table without a word, and later charged at 10,000 VND each. Sure, that’s not a huge amount, but charging customers for something without informing them first is a no-go in our eyes — especially for a restaurant that tries to present itself as...

Such a amazing experience, with great food and outstanding service, you feel very looked after!

Make sure to get either the hot pot or combo as you get to experience cooking yourself on the grill.

The owner mentors the children that work at the restaurant and teaches them English and how to work in hospitality. Tourist’s that come to eat here gives the children a chance to practice their English! We had a great time with Moon, who looked after us very well and was great to chat to!

This Place serves really upper class food, after days of more or less the same pho and bun vietnamese dishes, we really got something different and special here! The black pork with local herbs melted on the tongue, while the black chicken salad was very refreshing and light but still hat a nice strong and succulent chicken flavor. We are doing the ha giang loop and were almost sad that we could not eat here again the next day! Compared to typical cuisine the food is higher priced...
