Pad Thai Tomato — Restaurant in Cần Thơ

Monday June 12th, 2023 We had lunch and dinner here. The food was very nice and as everyone else says it is super cheap. Pad Thai shrimp is 54 vnd. Crispy noodles with mixed Seafood is 54 vnd. Spring rolls are 21 vnd however they are extremely small. The Thai iced tea was also very good . The food was fresh and was freshly made except the fried shrimp they brought to our table was previously cooked and ice cold. I did ask them to please bring fresh hot breaded shrimp and they did. The man who is there in the afternoon and evening was very nice and I like his black Chef coat. Very professional. The place itself is nothing fancy but moderately clean and there is always motorbikes out front picking up food. My only minor complaint would be there were no peanuts on the pad thai and having been in an out of Thailand for 10 years I never had a pad thai in Thailand that didn't have roasted crushed peanuts on it. Considering Vietnam is famous for peanuts it strikes me as odd why they were not...
