Better to be white or speak English, otherwise you have to accept waitress' uncomfortable attitude.
Atmosphere is great, food is nice too, but mosquito a lot, and nothing compare to their waitress' attitude. We are a Taiwanese family travel with Vietnamese friend, as a foreigner, my friend always help us check menu and take order. Since those staffs realize she is Vietnamese, while we try to find a seat, they just said the seat we prefer were reserved but didn't try to take us to other table, just let us standing there.
One dish is salty pork in clay pot, serve with vegetable and rice separately; however the vegetables come first then pork, my friend asks rice with the waitress who is the shortest girl and dyed blonde hair, no rice coming until we ask 2nd waiter. But we already finish the vegetables and pork even though pork is quite salty.
During the time we wait, all we see this dyed blonde hair girl stand with her arm folded, looks piss and stare area around us. After a big group of customers coming, her facial expression turn soft and body language change, hug her hand and put in front of belly.
While we enjoy our meal, a tour guide bring his 20 customers to this restaurant, for sure all those staffs became super busy to service those customers, but after they finish the most busy part, some waitress look around other little group of white customers to see if there need any help but us, no matter they come earlier or later than us.
Actually above experience I mention just related to few staff, I could see other staffs love their job and cooperate well to provide good service (ex: kitchen staff, cashier), unfortunately, those few staffs who only want to service foreigners or think they are superior to Vietnamese customers make us feel really sick, one other thing I hope this restaurant can improve: those staffs who make us uncomfortable better to improve their English if they only want to serve foreigners.
Sorry to leave harsh review caused by few bad staffs, but their behavior destroys the rest good staffs' efforts on their work.

Read moreThis restaurant was recommended by my bike tour guide and was a great recommendation for our dinner in Can Tho.
Amazing location by the river bank next to a boat and atmosphere that is well lit perfect for dinner. Being an open restaurant layout, everything was well maintained and cleaned with helpful staff serving you food.
The food that we got was delicious, especially the garlic fried rice which took both my wife and I by surprise on how good yet simple this dish was. Their Mekong style spring rolls was also amazing.
The caramel fried banana dessert with a dash of coconut ice cream was perfect to finish our meal off. I would highly recommend this place for large or small groups of travels to consider as you can truly kick back and relax while you dine at this...
Read moreAs an overseas Vietnamese person, I really liked the food here! My mum (hard to please and is an excellent cook) also enjoyed the food. The rice paper rolls were excellent, a true speciality of this region. The mango fish salad was lovely too, another specialty. The restaurant was also very tidy and clean. A very peaceful setting to enjoy the view as well. The only downside was that the waiter couldn’t explain why they brought out seafood fried rice when we ordered the fried rice with Chinese sausage, egg and pork. It was still cooked well though. Anyway, it was still a great experience and...
