Nem nướng Dũng Lộc — Restaurant in Da Lat City

We walked in to the restaurant and the lady owner instructed us to go to the first floor. So we went and seated on the first floor, waited for her to take our order. 10 mins passed, when the lady owner came, she showed up with food lol. Which made a lot of sense since they were only selling one item on the menu.

After we finished our meals, we were charged 110K for 2 person (VND55k per set).

It was rather interesting because we never mentioned what portion we wanted, she just decided for us lol. Anyway, if you want a larger or smaller portion, do mention, otherwise she’d decide it based on the number of people that showed up.

LOVED the food. Dipping sauce was just ok, imo. But even without it, food still...

When a place only does one dish it’s usually a good sign. This was no exception to that rule. The nem nuong was delicious. The sausages, which they grill en masse outside, were perfectly cooked. Served with rice paper, some crispy fried… something tasty… and salad vegetables and leaves, you make your own wraps and dunk into the sauce. It’s moreish and fun to eat, mastering your wrapping skills as you go. Service was a little slow at first as they were quite busy, but staff were nice and the place had a good atmosphere about...

If you find yourself in Dalat and skip this family-run Nem nướng spot, you're seriously missing out. I mean, they do only one dish…but it is done right.

I’m talking about Nem nướng that’s grilled to perfection and exploding with flavor. Even the dipping sauce was scrumptious.

Every bite is a masterclass in texture and taste, with fresh herbs and crisp veggies that take it over the top.
