Bánh Canh Cua Luxury Đà Lạt — Restaurant in Da Lat City

I recently tried dining at this restaurant, and to be honest, the food was just average. Initially, I didn’t plan to write any review, but after what happened, I felt truly disappointed by their service.

We asked for a seat by the window. At that time, there were only three or four other guests in the restaurant. However, the staff — especially the owner — refused to let us sit there and instead asked us to sit in a corner. Their reason was that it would “get busy soon.” I politely offered to move if a large group arrived, but the owner became visibly upset and raised her voice.

We decided to stay and finish our meal, but the food turned out to be very simple and overpriced compared to its quality. At the end of our dinner, two Vietnamese ladies came in and also asked to sit by the window. Shockingly, the same thing happened to them — they were refused and left in frustration.

Overall, this restaurant was a terrible experience: unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. There are many other restaurants with better food, better service, and fairer prices. If possible, I would give them 0...
