We visited late afternoon thinking it was a wine cellar or vintner, but found a very posh restaurant! It’s located in the lower floor of a large house with the ground floor as a wine showroom and shop. I was amazed at the top-end decor. Unfortunately did not stay for dinner but the menu looked comprehensive. We did a tasting of 3 wines from the 3 barrels for VND120000. Single serve for VND60000. Wines were acceptable but I didn’t think represented the cultivars shown on the barrels.

He tried to charge me a receipt that was more expensive(Pork ribs310000vnd) than what was on the menu(280000vnd). When I noticed, he said it was a mistake. and changed receipt. But I read at Google reviews. This restaurant repeatedly charges more expensive than menu. even 5%+11%extra service charge !!! so expensive. ps, The employee charged me a higher price on the receipt than my order. Right? Did I lie to you? Don't you want to apologize to your mistake? Don't talk too long.

Hôm trước mình có dẫn bạn mình tới đây thử một vài loại rượu vang của Đà Lạt, đánh giá sơ bộ như sau: Vị trí: Nhà hàng nằm trên đường Hùng Vương, đường dễ đi, vị trí chính xác như map nên rất dễ tìm Giá: Tụi mình gọi 2 loại Vang đỏ Đà Lạt. Loại hậu vị ngọt thì mùi nhẹ nhàng, vị ngọt thanh, không quá nặng và dễ uống. Loại hậu vị chát thì thơm hơn nhiều, nhưng mình không thích bằng. Tụi mình chỉ thử vang, không ăn. Giá cho mỗi ly vang là 60 ngàn. Khá bất ngờ vì giá khá rẻ. Không gian: rộng, sạch sẽ nhưng cảm giác đang hơi ôm đồm khi bày quá nhiều bàn ghế và đồ decor khiến không gian từ rộng trở thành hơi chật chội và ngột ngạt. Nhân viên: thân thiện, chỉn chu. Tựu chung, nếu đến chỉ để mua vang và thử vang thì nên đi. Còn nếu muốn ăn tối sang chảnh, ấm áp nhưng vẫn có không gian mang lại cảm giác thoải mái thì đây chưa phải là lựa chọn tốt nhất.

Ridiculously poor wine tasting.

Three of us paid 150k each to try three wines. We were led through an empty and grandiose restaurant to the facade of a wine cellar, where we could choose which wines to try from large barrels. We tried two each and every wine was absolutely awful. I'm not being picky - the wines were genuinely undrinkable.

We complained and the member of staff had little to no idea about the wine, and communication was extremely difficult. We were eventually able to speak to the manager, who was completely unapologetic and rude. After about 15 minutes of back and forth we eventually received a refund of 150k total (we paid 450k initially).

I do not leave bad reviews, you can check my Google account, but this place is beyond a joke and I doubt it's even a winery. Given the security guard on the door, the staff that have no idea about wine, the wine itself not being wine, and the ridiculously over the top decadent interior - I'll leave it up to you to decide what this place might be.

Bad customer service. The person taking us around for the tour was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We paid 70k per pax for the tour and a free drink. However, they hardly showed us around or explained anything. They just brought us to the underground cellar to try one glass of wine each before chasing us away. The person showing us around for the tour is the one with a bad attitude. The rest of the staff including the security guard at the entrance were pretty nice. We tried the Shiraz and the Rose which has a very rubbery smell and also tasted a little weird. Would probably not recommend the place unless you're just buying...

Totally disaster!

This restaurant is totally unskilled, irrespect and cheater.

We picked the restaurant for our group with hope to have a nice dinner while enjoy the wine as its name shows. It ends up disaster with a staff who have no idea how to take order, even ignore when we ask to confirm the order and of course. When they brought the dished it is totally not what it wrote in the menu. The owner lady also refuse to show up. We so angry that we accept to pay without touching the food and leave for...
