Nhà Hàng Phố Đá ( Pho Da Restaurant - 餐厅 Phố Đá ) — Restaurant in Hà Giang

We were looking for somewhere to eat late in the evening but nothing in the area appeared to be open but we then came across this restaurant. The owner spotted us and invited us in and I believe they had stopped making food at this location, so took our order and the kind lady that worked there took her bike and picked up the food from their other location and brought it back.

The food was fresh and delicious, portion size was great value, however the best part of the meal was the excellent and kind service from the owner and his partner. The owner was so gracious and attentive and sat with us as we ate and we had a lovely conversation. They provided us with delicious extras such as vegetable soup and fresh oranges which was very generous. It was great getting to know Peter and my partner and I have agreed it was one of her favourite meals of our trip so far.
