As a huge Korean BBQ fan Hanoi RoofTop family was thrilled to discover BaekjeGabi in Hanoi. This place takes Korean BBQ to a whole new level, offering an incredible selection of meats, particularly their prime beef imported directly from the USA.

The highlight of my meal was definitely the short riba. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, with a beautiful marbling that cooked up perfectly on the grill. It was clear that the use of free-range, grass-fed beef made a huge difference in the quality.

I guess it's much better than normal Galbi restaurant in Korea. Service is really amazing. Setvers bake pork for guests so we could be focusing on eating and enjoying. If u want to find a decent Korean restaurant for dinner, I guess it's one of the best...
