As it was my wife and I’s first time here, they had an ordering system that we were not familiar with.

The tablet we were provided with had options for us to start choosing our broth which we did, but not even one minute into choosing our soup base did we realize that there was a combo option.

When I asked if it was possible to change to the combo option, they said it was too late, even though the soup base hasn’t even come out yet. We were more than willing to pay the extra and it just confuses me why they couldn’t even accommodate a reasonable request. It’s not like we were even changing our broths and we didn’t even order our meats/veggies yet!

We had an amazing experience at Haidilao Timescity today! The staff - Miss Oanh ‘s service was absolutely perfect - attentive, friendly, and made us feel really welcome. The food was also great and reasonably priced, with a good variety of fresh ingredients for the hot pot. We had so much fun watching the noodle show, which was a unique and entertaining touch. We got some cute gifts for our little kids. They have a small kid room so we can drop our kid there for fun. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I'l definitely be coming back again! Đồ ăn ở đây cũng ngon và đa dạng giống như bao chi nhánh khác. Món khai vị mà mình thích nhất là bánh nếp chiên, lần nào tới đây mình đều gọi món này. Ngoài ra mình cũng thích món ba chỉ bò, viên bò phô mai, đậu hũ phô mai, … những món này ăn cũng mỳ cũng khá là ngon. Ở đây cũng có nhiều loại đồ uống khác nhau như sâm dứa, trà sữa, … hoặc bạn có thể order thêm các loại nước ngọt như là Coca. Cuối cùng là đồ tráng miệng thì có nhiều loại khác nhau như là kem hoặc chè, … Đồ ăn ở đây mình đánh giá 5/5

Về phần phục vụ thì mình thấy cũng okay. Bạn nhân viên làm cho bàn mình mặc dù là nhân viên mới nhưng mà bạn rất là nhiệt tình và cách nói chuyện của bạn ấy rất dễ chịu. Nhưng vì là mới nên bạn ấy còn hơi lúng túng và chậm chạp. Ngoài ra, mình có order 2 Coca Light thì đến lúc ăn gần xong rồi thì mới có, nhưng mà lại là 2 Coca thường. Nên phần này mình đánh giá 4/5.

Không gian của quán được trang trí trông rất đẹp mắt với chủ đề Giáng Sinh và Năm Mới. Bàn ghế sạch sẽ và thoải mái, nhưng hơi chật 1 chút so với mình. Ở đây bật nhạc cũng khá là lạ vì các bài hát không cùng thể loại với nhau. Phần này đánh giá 5/5

The food here is delicious and diverse, just like at other branches. My favorite appetizer is the fried sticky rice cake; I order it every time I visit. I also enjoy dishes like beef belly, cheese beef balls, and cheese tofu, which are quite tasty when served with noodles. There are various drink options available, such as pineapple ginseng and milk tea, as well as soft drinks like Coca-Cola. To top it off, they offer a great selection of desserts, including ice cream and sweet soup. Overall, I rate the food here a 5/5.

As for the service, I found it to be satisfactory. The staff member who served my table was a new employee, but she was enthusiastic and pleasant in her interactions. However, being new, she was a bit slow. Additionally, I ordered two Coca Lights, but when I received my drinks, they were two regular Cokes, delivered just as I was about to finish my meal. Therefore, I would rate the service a 4/5.
