I am a regular customer in here. I always come in the morning either evening when i have free time from my work because my working place near here.. so I always came here to drink coffee. So today evening I came here & I get a worst experience, my wife feeling sick so I asked them for a glass of water, male staff want to serving me but a female staff stopped him to give water and she said to me you can buy water and water is so chilled & cool so that I cannot buy because my wife is sick, How a well maintain and reputable shop cannot provide a cup of water for the sick person. How can it’s acceptable this kind of behavior...

We ordered 2 drink and cakes but 1 coffee was missed because of loud chatting & noise by all staff! Thus, we should wait for a long long time without any excuse!

❌❌The most terrible experience was 'attitude of all staffs' !!!!❌❌ I saw they ate the remaining smoothies in the mixer machine by scooping up with the coffee spoon. 🥄 The spoon was put in the mixer machine again and agin after he and she ate many times. 🤮🤮 Very dirty of mixer machine!!! 🤯

Why do they drink the remaining smoothies even customer's drink? Cause was it delicious and just remaining ? Or were they hungry ?

I visited in the morning 7 o’clock. I see they have only one staff and I said him i want to order coffee, but he said that they don’t have coffee right now. I have to wait 30 minutes but when I see opening hours it’s 7 o’clock started to serve coffee in the morning, so if you know, 7 am is opening hours, you should prepare before you cannot tell the customer you have to wait 30 minutes or you will change opening hours to 7.30 When you fully ready than you...
