Breakfast really good choice. Our room was a bit on the small side and nowhere for cases. There were no windows in our bedroom, which was at the back of the hotel (room 305). I found it dark even with the lights on. The bathroom was a good size and well equipped. The housekeeping staff were brilliant. With fresh linens and towels and room was immaculately clean. When my husband wasn't well so they couldn't clean durring the day, they came in and cleaned room while we were downstairs and changed towels.|There was some building work going on which made some noise during the day but the hotel were very helpful and provided earplugs but we found we didn't need them.|Location was away from the centre of the city but not too far in a taxi. Basic Business Hotel

Unless you have business/work to do in this neighborhood, you can skip this hotel and pick a good one in a better part of the city. The Hospitality of the staff and smiling faces is what adds the 3 stars to this hotel and they make you feel at home from the time you enter until you leave.

LOCATION: Bit far away from the city center or old town and not the finest neighborhoods and nothing much to do around.

DINE + DRINK: Nice Rooftop Restaurant on the 10th floor with sweet views of the cityscape and serving local and international food.

ROOM: I stayed in 202, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the arterial road outside and traffic which is actually cool in the night; SIZE: Reasonably spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Not great, Bring your own!

FACILITIES: NO Gym or Pool. Just chill out Asian Style!

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to LISA at the front desk

😊 Good experience! My boyfriend and I have been traveling Asia for 3 months from Canada. When we were checking in, the staff walked us around to 4 different rooms so we could decide which one to take. (We like to take note of things like noise, mold, and AC before we take all of our stuff up).

No molds that I could see, or musty smells. AC worked very well, Smart TV worked very well, and the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing uninterrupted sleep in our room. Staff were also great 😊

She offered us a really nice suite at the back of the hotel, with a huge bathroom, but there was construction directly outside the window, so we opted instead for a room on the side street on the 8th floor. Every room we looked at appeared very clean and bright. The corner unit looked most beautiful, likely what is shown in the photos, but is on the Main Street with the most traffic noise. Our room was not as “luxury” looking, but great for the price!
