Rooftop Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Hạ Long City

Have only been once so far, but will go again. Restaurant has a 180 degree view of the city/coast and many reasonably-priced drinks to choose from. Given the usual combination of high price/weak drinks that places with views generally have, we were very happy to find the opposite was the case. Very accommodating staff. There was a delay on my wife's drink, but it wasn't because the staff was slow. Pretty sure they needed to run out and buy one of the ingredients. They apologized for the wait and let us know how much longer it would be without us commenting on the matter. There's a food menu as well, but could find any vegetarian options. A great view of the city and a very extensive drink menu that is very well done. Quick service and good drinks for a reasonable, but not cheap, price. A great place for a night cap to finish of a busy day of sightseeing, there aren't many other greater views in the city besides the ferris wheel.
