Nestled in the stunning Citadines Marina Ha Long, Soul Bowl offers a captivating dining experience that brilliantly blends fusion and Western cuisine. The menu at Soul Bowl is a delightful surprise, presenting a variety of dishes that are both innovative and satisfying. Each meal is crafted with care, showcasing a fusion that respects traditional flavors while introducing a modern twist.
However, it's important to note that dining at Soul Bowl comes at a premium, especially by Vietnamese standards. The prices are on par with what you might expect to pay in Australia, which may not appeal to everyone's budget. Whether you're a fan of Western cuisine or eager to try something new, Soul Bowl at Citadines Marina Ha Long provides a unique culinary experience that's worth...
Read moreThank you Ms. Lan for making our stay here even more OUTSTANDING! Almost a year later and I had to come back. I’ve frequented Soul Bowl many times since arriving in Ha Long and have been pleasantly surprised by the variety of options to eat and drink. My favorite beverage is the Orange Blossom. The employees are always pleasant and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable.
Recommendations:
•Desert: Pisang Goreng
• Bebek: The duck is succulent and flavorful; I even snagged an order to go. • Buffet: Held on Saturdays from 6 PM to 10 PM. While drinks aren’t included, the wide selection more than makes up for it.
Dishes I’ve Enjoyed:
• From Soul Bowl Menu: • Wonton Dumplings • Melted “Char Siew” • Roasted “Siuk Nyuk” • From Sandle’s Menu: • Red Snapper Dish
