Yi Ling Ling — Restaurant in Hải Phòng

The Dining experience in Sheraton Hai Phong is tasteful. Mr. Christian Vera from the Netherlands is the F&B Director and I can feel his concern and passion for the menu. Yi Ling Ling presents authentic Chinese in Cantonese style into modern interpretations by its Executive Chef, Tong Hoang Gia. Luckily, I could enjoy both Lunch and Dinner for his culinary arts.

Among all dishes, Hong Kong seafood spring rolls and mixed Dimsums are full of flavor! For me, the Dimsum by JW Marriott Seoul has been always best, but the taste of this Sheraton Hai Phong is comparable! Braised abalone has good chewy texture and satisfies both taste and sight. Fried Prawn with salted egg is savory also with chewy texture. Peking Roasted Duck is very different style, very tasty.

It has good tempo, good variation from tender to chewy texture, balance between dimsum through seafood to meat dishes. The dining space is luxurious, spacious with high ceiling and Prices are moderate and this restaurant is recommendable especially for couples, friends, family and even for business. I can not forget the kindness and attentiveness of the staffs by Yi Ling Ling. Super tasteful and thankful for presenting this joy of dining.

Happy to see the food scene in HP progressing. This lovely little dim sum restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Sheraton (formerly Vinpearl Imperia) Haiphong.

They’re still working on minor aspects, design, ambience, lighting, but the food is definitely worth a try and definitely worth giving feedback on.

As a new restaurant, they’re certainly open to suggestions and I really appreciate that.

I really enjoyed the intricacy of the dim sum dishes served; zoom into my photos to understand why. Chef and management really take their job seriously and that’s refreshing.

Overall, this is a great development for the northern port city, and I look forward to coming back and try more.

Nhà hàng này chán nhất trên đời.Đồ anh thì cũng tàm tạm,nhưng phục vụ chậm ơi là chậm,có món hơn 1 tiếng mới ra!!!,đó là chưa kể nhân viên còn quên luôn vài món.Xong rồi lại còn tính giá trên trời, chưa ăn gì,mới lấy 3 chai nước và 1 lon pepsi thôi đã hơn 500K.Mình khuyên đừng ai đi...
