Meadow Mai Chau Restaurant — Restaurant in Hoà Bình province

Un sitio encantador, unas vistas del atardecer muy bonitas y una comida muy sabrosa. No me estaba quedando en este homestay, pero las reseñas me llamaron la atención y un acierto total. Tanto que fui a cenar dos días seguidos. Tienen opciones vegetarianas y preparan el tofu de formas muy sabrosas. El primer día pedí Mai Chau salat (la mejor que he probado hasta la fecha), Egg roll big (Trứng cuộn) y el Salted roasted tofu (Đậu phụ rang muối). El Segundo día comí el Stuffed Tofu ( Cơm Đậu nhồi). Este plato viene con arroz, pero me hicieron el favor de cambiarlo por noodles y estaba muy sabroso. Tam es una excelente cocinera. Querrás estar más días para probar toda la carta. Soy vegetariana y no he probado nunca un tofu tan rico. La atención de Phuong, la encargada, es muy buena, recomendando y explicando los platos de la carta. Además tienen un sistema de pedido muy original (escaneando la carta con un código QR, puedes hacer el pedido directamente por WhatsApp) Si estás de paso o si tienes pensado dormir en Mai Chau, te recomiendo este restaurante que además es un home stay también. Las mejores vistas y la mejor amabilidad, sin duda. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Lovely place, beautiful sunset views and very tasty food. I wasn't staying at this homestay, but the reviews caught my attention and it was a total success. So much so that I went there for dinner two days in a row. They have vegetarian options and they prepare the tofu in very tasty ways. The first day I ordered Mai Chau salat (the best I've tried so far), Egg roll big (Trứng cuộn) and the Salted roasted tofu (Đậu phụ rang muối). The second day I had the Stuffed Tofu ( Cơm Đậu nhồi). This dish comes with rice, but they did me the favor of changing it for noodles and it was very tasty. Tam is an excellent cook. You'll want to stay more days to try the whole menu. I'm vegetarian and I've never tried such delicious tofu. The attention of Phuong, the manager, is very good, recommending and explaining the dishes on the menu. They also have a very original ordering system (by scanning the menu with a QR code, you can place the order directly via WhatsApp) If you are passing through or if you plan to sleep in Mai Chau, I recommend this restaurant, which is also a home stay. The food is delicious and cooked fresh. I loved the option of placing the order directly via WhatsApp to avoid long wait.

The stuffed Tofu, the spring rolls and the lemon grass chicken were amazing 👏 🤩 I highly recommended them!!!! Some dishes require advance ordering by 4.30pm but it's worth it.

Meadow Mai Chau, what's not to love, surrounded by picturesque mountains and the sounds of the birds. Rice paddies & beautiful butterflies. The hosts are helpful and so friendly, our drivers dropped us off in the wrong homestay so they kindly came and picked us up. I couldnt have dreamed of a better first nights stay in a Stilt Room! With glass doors looking out at the cloud covered mountains. Extremely well kept & clean, and the food... the food is incredible. Thankyou so much Meadow...
