Very poorly managed! First, they brought out the first of four dishes (spaghetti bolonnaise) about 30 minutes before the next person's, then they came and said they were out of beef for the steak one of us ordered, and asked him to order something else. (Somehow they didn't know they were out of beef for the first 30 minutes.) They twice tried to bring other people's food and seemed confused as to where it was destined. Then they brought the steak they were "out of" so we had to cancel the backup order...and finally after 3 of us had food, they informed me that they didn't have any beef to make my lasagna, so I just ate my wife's leftover cold spaghetti to avoid giving them more money for this horrible service. Oh, also there was some problem with their music system or something, so this alarm and chime keep repeating over and over very loudly periodically. I has gone to here many times before with my friends or with buyers, but today was my best experience here. Before ordering, we checked with staff all about promotion condition and paying by point condition, and he told us that all programs can be applied together. However, when we made a payment, another staff told us that they only accepted one program on one bill, they did not accept to separate into 2 bills also, and the staff who served us at the beginning is newcomer, so he did not know well the rule of restaurant. The restaurant is clean and the personel is kind and helpful despite some don't speak English. I ordered the spare ribs with a glass of red wine. The ribs arrived just lukewarm with some cold parts (frozen?!?) and I had to ask to warm them up again, what they did. The glass of red wine arrived very cold. The bread is on request but free of charge. The restrooms are clean but not accessible to disabled people. The apple crumble miss some apples but has a good taste.
