Great pizza, shocking hygiene practices
Given 5 Star because it has been 2 years of our last complaint and still management did not change anything, just the show off practice. So hats off for not caring about quality and services.
After a disappointing experience with Pizza 4P's in District 1 two years ago, we hesitantly returned to the Vincom Grand Park location out of necessity. To our surprise, the food was fantastic - everyone enjoyed their pizzas and drinks. But then came the shocking climax: as we were leaving, we witnessed a disturbing scene in the open kitchen.
None of the cooks or helpers were wearing gloves! They were touching their clothes, fixing their hair, and then proceeding to handle pizza ingredients without washing their hands. This is simply unacceptable, especially for a well-known brand like Pizza 4P's. I would not even call it a BRAND, as they do not even know basic food hygiene.

Although good and delectable, the pizza sizes are too small and the inside-crust layer (ingredients are placed onto) is too thin for my liking. The outside crust gives you the illusion that it has a thick crust, but as you get past that section, it's extremely too thin and floppy.
However, the pizzas are a bit larger than a Personal-Pizza, therefore the price may be legit.
They should offer 2 types of crusts though: thin and thicker please.
Despite these inadequacies, I still loved the Eggplant Pizza I ordered. Topped with purple-green eggplant, over some tomato sauce(?) and herbs throughout. Along with a cold Saporo draft that was refreshing as well!
Not only that, the Tiramusu desert that Dao my singer suggested also. Dao was good;...
