I've been living in Hue for nearly 4 months teaching at Hue University. I have brought different guests several times to Seoul as the food, service and atmosphere are always first-class. One of my guests, who has worked in Korea, said it was the best Korean food he's eaten since being in Korea years ago. Another guest said it was the best meal that he had in Vietnam. For me, I love the variety of meats, vegetables and side dishes. I order the same thing as it is so great why change...pork belly and then beef. Seriously good eats. We ordered the bulgogi, beef brisket, steamed egg, seafood pancake, and rice... And this was way too much food for two people. However, the meat was extremely high quality and simply delicious. We accidentally made them take out the grill AND portable gas burner. Next time, we will just order grilled items.
