The Colonial — Restaurant in Khánh Hòa Province

The GM kindly upgraded us to the Colonial for breakfast. Top shelf buffet with many made to order items, bubbly etc.

They also had just reopened the Colonial for fine dining two nights a week. We tried it and were completely blown away. Chef Anh and his team prepared one of the best fine dining meals we’ve had anywhere in SE Asia. Our server Nhu was equally impressive. The meal we had was very reasonable price wise for Vietnam and a fraction of what we would have paid in the US. If you are staying at Anam or anywhere close make sure to try the Colonial and if it’s a day they’re not open find out where Chef Anh is working...
