As a Vietnamese person, I can confidently tell you that this is a great authentic vegetarian Vietnamese banh mi. It is has the perfect amount of herbs, pickled veggies and delicious “meat” filling with the right soy sauce dip. I love the chili she uses if you ask for it with chili (ớt) in Vietnamese. It is just a cart but for 18k the value can’t also be beat. I tried Bánh Mì Phan vegetarian sandwiches and this bánh mì is way more flavorful. Agree with the other reviews. Best banh mi we had in Nha Trang. Great value for money. We also had veggie banh mi (the tofu mushroom option) at Banh Mi No.1 and that wasn't as tasty.

We loved it that much that we ate one on the spot and asked for another to go to eat later at the beach. Of course it's better to eat it then as it does get soggy later. The lady vendor is sweet and gave us seats to sit on as she packed up. We reached at 8:35am and were lucky that she was still there.. she only had three buns remaining...

Amazing vege banh mi. Will definitely be back to buy more. The bread is so crispy! One of the best banh mis I have ever tried.
