LeMore Hotel Nha Trang — Hotel in Nha Trang City

So we stayed here because my in laws had a good experience when they stayed before. This was not the case this time. We checked into our room that they “upgraded,” it had no hot water. The lukewarm water got all over the floor of the bathroom because of the setup of the shower and tub. We soaked 5-7 towels everyday just trying to keep the bathroom floor from being flooded. My in laws room, the air conditioner wasn’t blowing hard enough to cool the room. We brought all of this up to the front desk, they sent someone up who said “you have to wait for 5 minutes” for the hot water and “you have to wait 15 minutes” for the AC to turn cold enough. Only thing is we were in the room for 6 hours already with the card in the slot so it should have all been working fine by then. We asked for new rooms with things working properly, and they said they were full but would send someone to fix it. It worked the next day then again, stopped working after. In the 3 nights we stayed, they cleaned our room one time, even tho we repeatedly asked them to clean it. We had to ask for new towels everyday, because again, ours were soaked everyday from the shower. The front desk was nice, but not helpful. We gave up after the second day asking them for anything. We were on the 20th floor where the housekeeping office was. Pros of that were that the housekeeping staff was super helpful and helped us get new towels and what we needed. That’s the only reason for the second star. Cons were that everyday the halls were absolutely packed with cleaning supplies from 9am-5pm but still we didn’t get our room cleaned :/ Overall it was more than one star, the location is absolutely amazing. Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff, rooms were big, spa on the rooftop was exceptional, bed was way too firm for me, but that's vietnam, right?!

Stayed for two weeks here and loved it - so many restaurants and cafes walking distance and probably the best seafood restaurant and bahn mi in Nha Trang within 100m.

Breakfast looks good with a big variety, but was not great. I recommend the omelettes and fresh fruit only, but lots of people had the pho or congee.

Can hear customers in the halfway very, very clearly, but generally it was quiet enough.

I had massages at the spa numerous times and each time was very professional and the masseuse adjusted the pressure as requested and stayed consistent. I recommend booking as sometimes they needed some time to get staff or cool the room down when I turned up unannounced.

The staff provided a welcome plate with cake and also a fruit platter during my stay when I had a day in my room without leaving the hotel (checking I'm ok). Very kind.

The gym was only ok as the bike seats were loose and could not be ridden and only one of the treadmills was working, but if you need more there is a reasonably good gym 100m away which you can actually see from the hotel gym window.
