In my point of view, highlands coffee is a nice branch coffee , it suits many levels of customer. The beverages are good , nice location where is easy to find, decorative is nice cozy with yellow light, I am impressed, overall it looks decent and staff behave nice, good bike parking which is nice, I order milk coffee for 35 000 dong. Quán ở ngã ba đường. Được xây dựng mới 03 tầng trên khuôn viên đất thuê của dân trong 06 năm. Quán mới khai trương dịp Tết Canh Tý 2020. Diện tích bên trong hơi nhỏ: tầng 1, tầng 2 là khu vực ngồi, tầng 3 là kho và WC, có ghế ngồi ngoài vỉa hè vì vỉa hè ở đây rất rộng (khoảng 10m). Chỗ để xe rộng rãi, mát mẻ. Không được phép quay phim, chụp hình quầy bán hàng. Khi tới quầy lấy đồ uống, đứng đó cả phút nhưng nhân viên đứng trước mặt mình làm việc khác, không hỏi han gì. Khi tới đỗ xe ở bãi xe để đợi bạn rất lâu nhưng NV bảo vệ cũng không hỏi gì - NV cần được đào tạo thêm. Khay đựng ly nước ướt, còn nước, không được sạch và khô.
