Ruby Luxury Hotel — Local services in Đà Nẵng

The view was amazing, and I liked the location of the hotel, however, there is quite a number of drawbacks connected to the service, I made 5 simple requests during my stay here (make up the room, bring the laundry at 2pm instead of 3pm etc...) and only 2 of them were fulfilled on time, the staff speaks limited English and I didn't find the female receptionist very helpful. Breakfast was basic. I went to see the pool and left it after a minute after seeing it, it was tiny and not clean. The mirror in the bathroom kept turning off every 30 seconds, whoever programmed it doesn't seem to have cared too much about it. It drove me nuts all the time I had to press the ON button again and again. Overall, I'd give this hotel...

僅有地點好，不再入住的酒店

雖然在芽莊住過多家旅館，但這家酒店讓我最為失望。 家庭旅遊時，由於住宿的問題，整個行程的心情都被破壞了。

首先，訂房時告知的條件與實際入住時的條件不一致。 現場告知6歲以上的兒童需要額外收費，而這在預訂時完全未曾提及。

客房非常陳舊，且清潔狀況不佳。 衛浴散發異味，花灑漏水，使用上非常不方便。

酒店沒有專屬停車場，車輛只能停在路邊。 儘管每晚費用高達百萬盾以上，卻既沒有提供停車空間，也沒有車輛管理服務。

總體而言，服務與設施都令人不滿意，這是一家讓人不想再入住的酒店。 除了靠近觀光景點這一點之外，沒有其他值得推薦的地方。

위치만 좋은, 다시는 이용하지 않을 호텔

나짱에서 여러 호텔에 묵어본 경험이 있지만, 이 호텔은 가장 실망스러웠습니다. 가족 여행 중이었는데, 숙박으로 인해 전체 일정의 분위기가 망가졌습니다.

우선, 예약 시 안내된 조건과 실제 체크인 시 조건이 달랐습니다. 6세 이상 어린이에게 추가 요금이 발생한다고 현장에서 통보받았고, 이는 사전에 전혀 안내되지 않았습니다.

객실은 매우 낡았고, 청소 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 화장실에서는 악취가 났고, 샤워기에서는 물이 새어 사용이 불편했습니다.

호텔에는 전용 주차장이 없고, 차량은 도로변에 주차해야 합니다. 1박 요금이 백만 동이 넘는 고가임에도, 주차 공간이나 차량 관리 서비스는 제공되지 않았습니다.

전반적으로 서비스와 시설 모두 만족스럽지 않았고, 다시 이용하고 싶지 않은 숙소입니다. 관광지 중심 위치 외에는 특별히 추천할 만한 점이 없습니다.

Chỉ có vị trí tốt, sẽ không bao giờ ở lại khách sạn này

Tôi đã ở qua nhiều khách sạn ở Nha Trang, nhưng khách sạn này là sự thất vọng lớn nhất của tôi. Trong chuyến du lịch gia đình, vấn đề về nơi ở đã làm hỏng không khí của toàn bộ chuyến đi.

Trước tiên, các điều kiện được thông báo khi đặt phòng khác với điều kiện khi nhận phòng. Tại chỗ, tôi được thông báo rằng trẻ em từ 6 tuổi trở lên phải trả thêm phí, điều này hoàn toàn không được đề cập khi đặt phòng.

Phòng nghỉ rất cũ kỹ và tình trạng vệ sinh không đạt yêu cầu. Phòng tắm có mùi khó chịu và vòi sen rò rỉ, gây ra nhiều bất tiện khi sử dụng.

Khách sạn không có bãi đậu xe riêng, xe phải đậu ở bên đường. Dù giá phòng mỗi đêm lên đến hơn một triệu đồng, không có không gian đậu xe cũng như dịch vụ quản lý xe.

Tổng thể, dịch vụ và cơ sở vật chất đều không làm tôi hài lòng, đây là nơi tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại. Ngoài vị trí thuận tiện gần các điểm du lịch, không có điểm mạnh nào khác...
