Local Pho restaurant with pretty good flavors I was introduced to Pho Phu Dong by a local living nearby in this area, they said the Pho here is good and runs out very quickly. And the local doesn't lie when they said it! Flavors: the broth is there but (for me) it is a bit less aromatic and a bit bland (perhaps it's the local taste). The meat and herbs are fresh, and the noodles are just right. They also ask you if you want the north and the south of Vietnam style of Pho. I also ordered a blanched egg which just add in a lil bit of pepper and it gets real hearty! As for the service, I ordered Nam Gau (Nạm Gầu) but if they had ran out of it, please just tell me if you had ran out but they just put in Tai (Tái) and only Tai, no other topping was found :(.
