Bad service , lack of common sense, shady . I came here for exchanging US Dollars to Vietnam Dong, they gave a very low rates due to the conditions of the bills ( they said the bills are old and having the line of the folding, blah blah blah….. , which is ridiculous reasons ) . The money bill we use and trade it everyday, not for display, common sense !? . At the end , the rate is even lower than the bank rates. Don’t recommend anyone , especially foreigners to comes here for trading...
