Pizza Giang NHATRANG — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

So, I’m going to share my experience just for all of you to know to consider about this place.

Food is great. No comments. Customer service is VERY RUDE AND BAD! Whenever we visit, we always have to wait for at least an hour for the food (sometimes I sympathize if the store is busy, but at least they should inform me that they are getting busy). Despite knowing the store is always busy, once time I tried to order online, but the employee/manager said to me over the phone “right now we can’t serve you because it is too busy. You better go to different places”. How unprofessionalism and rude! Another time, when I visited this place more than once, I also experienced the long wait at least an hour. Since I had to wait for so long, I decided to ask one of the employees if my food was ready. She then spoke to me “please, you should sympathize because we are busy now. We don’t know if your food is ready yet”. WATCH YOUR TONE BEFORE COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS.

The foods are lovely, especially they do offer half-half pizza if you want to try 2 different flavours. Drinks are ok, because cocktails just taste like mocktail. The only thing I don't like is the fans, they make the pizza and other hot foods cooling...
