Restaurant BamBoo Vegan — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

There is a nice selection of Vietnamese, western, and fusion cuisine. We have been here 3 times in one week. Will def be back again and again and again...

Update to my first review: Since then we have been there hundreds of times and have ordered delivery as well. They are extremely professional and friendly. The food is wonderful and they are always making new things. For example they just came out with a vegan sunny side up egg :) You can also order delicious vegan vanilla cakes baked in a loaf style tin and fresh bread from them. They just need a day in advance or even 5 hours in advance. This place is a must when in Nha Trang and wanting or needing plant based food.

Weve personally tried their versions of the following dishes and all have been great: bun cha, com dia, bun rieu, mi quanq, pho ga, pho, bun hue, luc lac, spaghetti, fried mushrooms, banh mi chays, bubble tea (when available)...all I can think of...

I was looking forward to trying this place as it's the only vegetarian restaurant in the area. But I arrived, quite hungry, at 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday night and the doors were locked. I saw two people inside but no one came to answer the gate and no notice was posted as to why they were not opening. Too bad! If you're going to turn away hungry customers then at least...

Целенаправленно искал в Нячанге веганский ресторан. Обрадовался когда нашел этот!) Цены невысокие, Я сфотографировал всё меню. Внутри очень классно, комфортно, играеь приятная музыка, хороший свет, хорошая атмосфера. Разумеется вежливые официанты, говорят по-английски и по вьетнамски. По русски не говорят. Почему только 4 звезды а не 5?😞 Всё просто, тут пытается воссоздать вкусных мясных блюд, а это совершенно неправильно. То есть тут прицел именно на то чтобы воссоздать знакомые похоже блюда, но без мяса. В меню, разумеется только растительная пища. Так что настоящие веганы э,ьвегетарианцы, все те кто осознанно не ест животной пищи, а не дань "моде", или по здоровью, конечно приходите, кушайте в приятной обстановке, и за невысокую цену. Но не ждите чего-то особенного. Место скорее просто дань "моде", Честно говоря я ел веганские блюда в обычных ресторанах Нячанга (даже без яиц делают кое где), бывало и...
