I don't usually like buffets, but this place is different. It feels easy to get your money's worth without having to eat too much, and even the beer is included in the all-you-can-eat price.
The seafood is fresh, and the selection is excellent, especially for a buffet. They even have live shrimp that are literally jumping and are a good size. I wouldn't do it myself, but I saw a Russian guy eating raw oysters, and he had about 50 of them.
It can get very packed and uncomfortable during busy hours, so here's a good strategy:
Reserve a table on the first floor for easier access to the food (avoid the second floor). Arrive at 4:30 PM right when they open. Start with grilled squid or oysters and wait for the live shrimp to become available. Come with 2 people (Max 3) to avoid a long wait for the food to be grilled.
If you're craving seafood for dinner and plan on spending more than 300K, you should come here to get...
Read moreIf you like all you can eat this is a must. Very cheap fresh seafood. Wide variety of seafood, live prawns (although there were barely any left when we visited), live oysters, live mussels, live shells, heaps of cooked food, fish, chicken and seafood. The beef is tough though and although I had plenty of sashimi (fresh as everyone was grabbing it) I would not recommend the nigiri (nobody was eating it and it was sitting there for quite some time). The desserts was good (nothing to rave about). Service was good. They changed the grill about 3 times then stopped (probably because we just kept eating, oops). It was good service though. Drinks were included but there were only 3 variety. Cola, herbal tea, water. You could also order a huge beer (dispenser with enough beer to go the night). Overall great experience and would not hesitate to return. Oh they have some odd meat too, I think...
Read moreAll I gotta say is that if you’re a seafood fan, this buffet is for you. Numerous dishes and seafood options (mussels, clams, fish?) that if you’re into grilling and crafting your perfect taste combo, you can do that too with the available sauces. They had a banh xeo line and if you’re intro trying exotic food, they even had alligator! So really, lots of various types of dishes that range from savory to sweet as they had a chè station.
However, if you’re not a huge fan of seafood like me, your options are more limited (I stuck to banh bao, banh ướt, sushi, etc). So while I felt like I didn’t necessarily feel like I ate my moneys worth (was about 250đ or close to $10 for AYCE), I was happy being able to eat all those fruits and desserts.
So overall, I’d recommend checking out this place and really browsing...
