Elite Hotel Nha Trang: A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service
This hotel is an absolute steal! For around 9 USD a night, I got a modern, clean room with a 43" Samsung TV, fridge, balcony, and a proper desk – perfect for getting work done. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk from the beach.
But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible service, particularly from Mr. Thanh, the front office manager. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Let me explain:
Communication is key: I had a slight misunderstanding with a younger staff member late one night. My basic Vietnamese wasn't enough to explain that I wanted to order food delivery, and her English was limited. Mr. Thanh stepped in the next morning and cleared everything up. Having a manager with strong English skills makes a huge difference! Upgrade extraordinaire: Not only did Mr. Thanh apologize for the miscommunication, but he also upgraded my room to one with a mountain view... twice! Above and beyond: When noisy neighbors disrupted my sleep, he promptly moved me to the 18th floor with a breathtaking view – right below the rooftop pool! Talk about an upgrade!
Honestly, Mr. Thanh's dedication to customer satisfaction turned a good stay into a fantastic one. He's a true asset to the Elite Hotel.
Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate excellent service and a convenient location.

Read moreWe spent 3 nights here and overall the room was decent, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. The view from the window really beautiful. The pool is quite small for the amount of people this hotel can hold, but it has nice view from the 19th floor and it's refreshing. There is a black mouldy mark all around the edge of the water, I guess it needs a good clean. The breakfast in the morning is from 6.30 to 9 and if you are vegetarian there aren't many options. If you have a sweet tooth...sorry, it's a salty type of breakfast! And there are no croissants at all even if the photos show them! The second morning they ran out of toast during the service. The morning after they didn't serve toast at all! 🤷🏽♀️ quite disappointing. Do not expect a quiet start as the dining room is always crowded and people are really loud. We felt they were understaffed as tea/coffee and other foods were replaced slowly.
Unfortunately we had 3 nights of bad sleep as our floor became someone's living room. The other guests kept their door open and spoke loudly from one room to the other, kids running around, parents yelling at them, Peppa Pig on loud tv. Some kid even press our door bell one night which was disturbing. Trying to ask to be quiet didn't work. One morning as noises started at 5.30 am, we called reception to see if they could do something but nothing really changed, and it was really bad during our 3 days stay. Overall good value...
Read moreVery good hotel in a quiet area of Nha Trang. Good value for money. We have stayed in a balcony room on the 11th floor with great views to the mountain. The breakfast staff was very attentive and the food was also good. I have to give a big praise to Uyên from the front desk, this woman is a TRUE STAR!!! I'm traveling with my mom, who's a bit old and Uyên allowed us to check in early in the morning with no extra cost even though the check in time it's 2PM. She was very friendly all throughout our stay, always with a big smile. We had to extend two more nights because it was the Tet holiday and we couldn't find transport to HCM city and even the hotel being almost fully booked she managed to extend our stay in the same room and respecting our original rate. Finding a receptionist like this can make your holiday easier and more enjoyable, and she really did. Thank you very much Uyên for everything you did for us! We will...
