Shibui — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

I really thought about writing this review… But I wanted to write it to express my anger and disappointment. I hope no one else goes through what we did.

We dined here while we were staying at the hotel as our package had a dinner meal upgrade. However after dining my husband and I got sick having diarrhoea the whole day next day. My stomach hurt even more 2 days later and got admitted to hospital. When we reached out, the hotel didnt reimburse us for anything denying it was because of their food. They said my diagnosis was nothing got to do with the food, even though both my husband and I got sick from it. I went to my gp when we flew back home and they said its rare but theres no other reason but because of virus in the food. Our honeymoon felt like a nightmare, as we only ate at the hotel. I had no strength to fight back people in the restaurant or hotel as they didnt want to take any responsibility. It was a disappointment and a distressful experience. Japanese restaurant located in a nice hotel located in an under developed area with not much things around. I had several things here and they were all good, but nothing really stood out and the food here is not as good as the Japanese restaurants in the center of this city, which are like a half of the price of this place. The service & ambience here is something one should look forward forward! Great views on the Oceania and is soothing. Sun down time is also beautiful!
