The Yacht BBQ Buffet - Ambassador Club — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

The best dinner my family had during our 4 days stay at Nha Trang. The staffs were incredibly welcoming and helful. Ms. Thảo contacted me before in the morning give recommendation on when we should arrive, as it could vet quite chaotic if we came when tourist groups were checking in.

Through out the dinner, the staffs made sure we had the best exepriences as possible. They guided us to a table far away from the music because it was a bit too loud. The BBQ station kept making new stuffs for us, and we were also given a free sample of the seafood bar upstairs.

That being said, i think the food could get some minor improvements (they're still good). The Russia-styled BBQ, or shashlik to be accurate, did not use the correct seasoning powder. The one I used to buy from markets in Russia had a much stronger flavour. Also, we cooked them using metal skewer, so that we could cook the larger chunks of meat from the inside out on the grill.

The beef were also good, but they were places in the same tray as the spicy squid, mixing the flavors and made several members of my family...

We highly recommend to arrive early and try the buffet around 5pm if you can, or try the upgraded package at the All seasons restaurant within the Ambassador club, opposite the Yatch restaurant. There were plenty of foods, but if you arrive late they would be cold and not much left to eat, as they are very busy with many tour groups every day.

Stunning view of the harbour, a must go when you visit Nha Trang. Staff are super attentive. We also tried the combo breakfasts here for a family of 5, and the services couldn't be any better. The strawberry drinks and mixed berry drinks were great. Foods portion was very generous with plenty of food choices. We really enjoyed the experience here. При бронировании стола меня шокировало требование внести депозит. Такое я не встречал ни в Gallery, ни в Hispania, где уровень действительно соответствует премиальному сегменту.

Требование депозита – это явный показатель неуважения к клиенту. Такое отношение не только портит впечатление от посещения, но и создает ощущение, что ресторан не доверяет своим гостям. Настоятельно советую руководству пересмотреть эту практику, если они хотят сохранить хоть какое-то лицо среди действительно элитных заведений. Разочарование и желание больше никогда сюда не возвращаться – это все, что остается после такого 'сервиса'

I strongly do not recommend this restaurant, despite its attempt to position itself as 'luxury.' The service, surprisingly, leaves much to be desired. When booking a table, I was shocked by the requirement to make a deposit. I have never encountered this in places like Gallery or Hispania, where the level truly matches the premium segment.

The deposit requirement is a clear sign of disrespect towards customers. This policy not only ruins the experience but also creates the impression that the restaurant does not trust its guests. I strongly advise the management to reconsider this practice if they wish to maintain any reputation among truly elite establishments.
