What a brilliant surprise! Absolutely the best waffles I have ever had and I consider myself a connoisseur. This is something I certainly didn’t expect from my trip to Vietnam but I am so happy to have found it. Cute little food stand. I was traveling from America and I was craving churros.

We stopped right when it opened and was greeted by the friendly owner. He gave me a sample and told me everything is made from scratch! We got one waffle and a couple of churros. The churros are in the smaller side in comparison to the ones I eat in America. They’re a lot crispier too but I thought they were really good! The owner is a French/Vietnamese surfer and speaks at least 3 languages. Not only was he great but the service and food were as well. We had choc chip banana waffles and sugared churros.
