A quaint, private beach space for those who enjoy great scenery for photography and a chill space to relax to enjoy music and the ocean breeze.
Pros: -Reasonable pricing. Before 17h30, it's 150K/person and it's 100K/person after. The ticket comes with a free drink and you can buy more drinks and food inside though the choices are limited. -Clean and sanitary -A lot of angles and spots to take pictures. If you want the best picture, go earlier in the day when there's plenty of light and there are less people. It gets packed latter in the day. -Hammocks and open seating, many options for you to choose from to sit with your party. -For the kids/family, there's a small petting zoo and slides for you to play with. You can also go to the beach and enjoy the water activities too. -Live music every night with their band. Tune into Facebook for their weekly schedule.
Cons: -The space is relatively small, so during crowded/peak hours you'll just see a sea of people. -Theres only one bar to grab your drinks from, but their service is pretty quick.
Overall, a solid spot to relax and enjoy the beach. I'll...
Read moreYesterday, we visited this place, and we were not satisfied. The beach bar is decent enough, and the same goes for the “attractions.” What really brought the experience down for us was the way they treated their animals. The parrots were chained up in the heat without access to water or food. The larger animals (sheep, donkeys, camels, and horses) had unkempt coats, and one of the sheep was constantly scratching itself against the fence, indicating irritation in its coat and skin. These animals also didn’t have adequate amounts of water or food, despite the 30-degree heat.
The worst part was inside their barn, where they kept the smaller animals. Their rabbits and guinea pigs were running around on metal grates without any bedding, and in cages that were far too small. They also had no form of stimulation or toys.
After this experience, we felt so guilty for having supported this place. So, if you’re considering visiting a beach bar, you might want to think twice about whether it should be this place or somewhere that doesn’t support what they...
Read more😭Please don’t support this place!😭 We visited Hanna Beach, and we are ashamed to have supported this place. It was heartbreaking to see animals in such poor conditions and environments. Parrots were chained in the sun without water, poor sheep, goats, and donkeys had unkempt coats, and camels were kept in very small enclosures. They had a barn with smaller animals like rabbits and guinea pigs, which were literally living on metal grates without any straw or shelters to hide in. All the animals looked tired and desperate, which was awful to witness. I cried all the way home, feeling guilty for being yet another clueless tourist supporting places like this.
The beach area itself was fine, but it is in no way worth supporting if it means endorsing animal abuse. I understand that Vietnam has a different perspective on animals, but consider whether this is something you want to support. You can go elsewhere to take Instagram-worthy pictures. It doesn’t have to come at the expense of living beings who didn’t ask for this...
