Fabulous restaurant within The Cliff Resort ⛵🌴🏖️🌊 Don't go here unless you enjoy getting your money's worth. What's good about this restaurant: ✅ Wonderful and attentive waiter/waitresses. Most can speak English! They're quick to serve, float nearby in case you need anything else but give you room to eat. Hostess and server asks us after we've eaten a few dishes to see if everything was to our taste. Love it! ✅ View is amazing from sunrise to sunset! ✅ Nice atmosphere, layout, lightings and very clean washroom ❤️ ✅ Good quantity and fresh ingredients. Love the food quality here. Consistent flavor throughout our stay.😘 ✅ Kim Anh & Hai were our favorite people here. They deserve a raise!! 🙏😎 Made our regular dining very enjoyable. ✅ We made our special order requests that's not in the menu as well. The cook also deserves a raise 😁 ✅ Very happy atmosphere here every single time we eat. Makes food tastes even better.

Any thing bad or points of improvement? The Staff doesn't need any... Only thing I can suggest is some items need to be anchored to the table better when things get windy (which was occasionally strong).🌬️💨🍃 The soy sauce and fish sauce got knocked over often.

Only bad thing is I wish we had stayed in The Cliff longer. i will always come back here when I'm back...

All is well when it end well !

27 June morning entirely different experience. The manager really understood the essence of my feedback and made sure that we got the apt options . We experienced the true Vietnamese hospitality experience when they not only told us what they have understood from the experience but also researched a lot about Indian food and prepared a special option for us .. My heart felt thank You to the team .. 🙏

26 June Absolutely terrible service. Need a big training on hospitality and international tourism.

In a 4 star location I will expect at least a welcome water glass and it is basic to serve water across all cultures. It was not served until I AGAIN asked for it before dessert being served The footfall was may be 10% of overall capacity and still it took 30 mins to get the meal . We ordered western menu as limited vegetarian options available. The fries were served cold One of the order I.e. pasta came 15 mins after the 1st order by which time 75% of us had finished the main course Dessert were served after 10 minutes of everyone...

The best dining experience we had in Vietnam. Waiter could speak english well and the setting was very nice. Food was divine, fried spring rolls came with the best sauce. Service was very quick, and the entire meal was delicious. We went all out on entrees, cocktails , mains and desserts and it came to $70 AUD (1.2m dong) which is amazing value....
