Xing Fu Tang — Restaurant in Phuoc Thuan Commune

Service was terrible. Day 1 (Saturday afternoon 18/3/2023) Ordered 4 drinks. Sat and wait. They waved me back to the countet to ask if I want to change to something else. I said no... turned out they ran out of their normal tea and only had Oolong. Okie, substitite, no apologies, no nothing. The waving customers to the counter to tell them they cant fulfil the other was quite off putting. The counter isnt deep as pictured. So they chose to be lazy and not come to their customer to apologise about their mistake but wave their customer back to the counter.

The manager was sitting where I sit now and said nothing.

Next day I came over, we waited until our turn. Before we ordered anything, they said they ran out of bubbles. I asked how long, they said 30 min. I was going to look at something else without bubbles, and no one was waiting behind me, after 5s, the girl told me to come back after 30minutes. Seriously, I did not order anything, just turn customers away because you feel like it? The time is Sunday 19/3/2023 at 1pm.

Look at your cctv and retrain your staff

You are the only in town right now, but as soon as anything else come up around here your store will be out of business with this service.

Hơi bất ngờ khi thấy thương hiệu trà sữa Đài Loan nổi tiếng ở giữa khu plaza vắng hoe này Mình ghé quán lúc 1h rưỡi trưa, xung quanh là dãy shophouse mà nó vắng đến nổi mình tưởng quán ko hoạt động luôn Mình định order xong sẽ đi ra cầu Hampton ngắm biển chơi, mà đi trúng ngày nắng kinh khủng thế là ở lại quán hưởng máy lạnh😆 Không gian hơi nhỏ, có vẻ là 1 căn nhưng chia làm 2 để bán, 1 bên là Xing Fu Tang, 1 bên là cà phê gì mình quên rồi, thấy quầy mở nhưng ko ai bán

Menu của Xing Fu Tang thì nhiều, nhưng chắc do khu này vắng quá nên hạn chế món lại rồi. Chỉ gọi bằng menu nhỏ để ngay quầy
